I must firstly begin by apologising for the length of time it has taken me to update the web site - but here goes !

The Auction Night went fantastically well and was enjoyed by all. 

We have reached our target and infact exceeded it, although we are still gathering monies and the exact final amount is still uncertain.  The two wheelchair bikes will be ordered soon to be available for Alex House to use in the spring which is their request.  Due to the fact that we have exceeded our target it has been agreed that we will buy a custom made tricycle for a local girl who lives in Caton.  She has down syndrome and attends Alex House. We are hoping to take delivery of this in the next couple of weeks.

I’ve not been on my bike much since my return although I am now starting to stretch my legs again and gently getting back into some form of training - training for what??? I don’t know yet.  Any ideas?
